Easy and Quickly Configure PPTP VPN in Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista

Ø  Click on "Network and Sharing center" from Control Panel;

Ø  Click on "Set up a new connection or network";

Ø  Select "Connect to a workplace" and click "Next";

Ø  Choose "Use my Internet Connection (VPN)";

Ø  In the "Internet Address" field use xx.vpnme.me ( replace xx with server id like us or de ) as hostname and in the "Destination name" field type "VPNMe PPTP";

Ø  Click "Create";

Ø  Click on the monitor icon on the bottom right-hand corner;

Ø  Right–click on the "VPNMe PPTP" connection, and choose "Properties" from the drop menu.

Ø  Select "Security" tab and for "Type of VPN" select "Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)";

Ø  Click "OK";

Ø  Click again on the monitor icon on the bottom right-hand corner, and click "Connect" to "VPNMe PPTP";

Ø  In the next fields type selected server username (like "vpnme") as VPN username and VPN password found from website and click "OK";

Ø  When next to "VPNMe PPTP" is written "Connected" your connection has been created.

Ø  Go to Check IP page to check your new IP address.
